Downloads

Downloads page always attract visitors, but this one is little different here you will not find those popular or top downloads instead you will witness some the application programmed by me. These are small (really, very small) java applications but their size will not effect their use.

They will run on any desktop OS, but you must have the latest version of Java Run-time Environment installed.

As this is my first attempt in this section, I may not be providing the best but I assure you that I am continuously working to improve these apps. Moreover, I am also designing more of these kinds so that they make some of your complicated problems simple.

1 Short Run Cost Calculator v2.1
A calculator for economics students. It will allow you to generate the full Short Run Cost table and graphs for variables like TFC,TVC,TC,AFC,AVC,AC,MC on the basis for your input of TFC and TVC.

Important Features-
New in v2.1
♦ Minor improvements in layout and visibility.
♦ Take screenshot of graphs, so that you can say it's your own.
♦ Save screenshots and generated table wherever you want (JFileChooser implementation).

v2.0
♦ Fixed, problems in generating table.
♦ Now, generate line graphs for variables.
♦ Tool-tips to tell you what each button do.

♦ You can choose a suitable number of rows
♦ You have the control to choose your output series
♦ Just fill the value of TFC in the first cell and let the others be filled by the application.
Note: As the value of TFC remains same in short run cost method, so the app will fill all the other cells automatically.
♦ After filling the values for TVC, just click the Generate button and your whole table is generated.
♦ You can drag-drop columns to get a desired view
♦ Click on graph to see a standard behavior of these variables SRC method.
♦ One of the best features, just click Export to Excel to open your generated table in MS Excel for further modifications or creating graphs.

How to use

♦ Increased length for result textfield and a new label for displaying operator applied.
♦ Now perform basic functions(+, -, *) on integer length of 19 digits.

♦ There are total of 11 functions that you can perform including a simple addition to a complex factorial.
♦ Just enter your 2 numbers and then you can calculate their HCF(Highest Common Factor ) and LCM(Least Common Multiple)
♦ Just provide 1 or 2 inputs(as you wish) and you can get factorial and square root for one of the numbers or both in a message box. Note- For correct calculation of factorial, please provide a number below 25.
♦ Separate functions for both || (Modulus) and % (percentage). Percentage will be calculated as: 1st number / 2nd Number * 100.
